A simple process

A free check.
Then you decide.

01

Send your household bill list

Submit your eligible expenses together for a brief, free eligibility check. We confirm whether a paid review looks worthwhile. This check does not include a detailed savings plan.

02

Accept and pay $49

If your household is a fit, we confirm the scope, refund terms, and delivery timing, then send a payment link. The full audit starts after successful payment and receipt of complete information.

03

Get your action plan

Receive a prioritized plan with costs, trade-offs, links, and call scripts, plus a 15-minute walkthrough. You choose the changes and stay in control of every account.

The founding household offer

A clear price.
A fair refund policy.

One household. Up to 12 eligible recurring expenses. A written savings plan and a 15-minute walkthrough, within two business days after we accept your request, confirm successful payment, and receive complete information.

$49 one time · USD

Paid before the full audit. The eligibility check is free.

One introductory audit per household. Send your eligible bills together. Extra bills or repeat requests are handled as part of the same household review, up to the 12-expense limit; they do not create another free check or introductory audit. After a completed review, any additional work needs a separately agreed scope and price.

For the first 10 accepted pilot households. Submitting a request does not reserve a place or start a paid audit. We may decline a request if it is outside scope, incomplete, or unlikely to offer worthwhile savings.

Your $49 refund protection

If the completed review identifies $49 or less in eligible potential bill savings over the first 12 months, we refund your full $49 audit fee. We initiate that refund within two business days of completing the review. The refund goes to the original payment method; your bank determines when it appears.

We count available options that meet the preferences you confirm, after promotional price changes, known required fees, and switching costs. We count one chosen option per expense. The audit fee is separate from this bill-savings calculation.

Unconfirmed offers, one-time credits, insurance changes, and debt or refinancing proposals do not count. We do not count cancellation of a service you told us you need to keep.

This policy concerns documented potential savings. Actual savings depend on you making the changes and on provider terms; no specific monthly savings amount is promised.

If you cancel before detailed work starts, or we cannot deliver the agreed review, we refund the full fee. After work begins, a change of mind alone does not qualify for a refund. The savings policy above and any rights you have under applicable law still apply.

Questions or a factual error? Email support.billkind@gmail.com. We will check the calculation and refund the fee if a correction brings eligible first-year savings to $49 or less. Audits already accepted under earlier terms keep those agreed terms.

Start with a free eligibility check

Let’s look at your bills.

Enter your household’s eligible expenses together, up to 12. We’ll turn annual and quarterly charges into a monthly equivalent and prepare a list you can email.

Already contacted us? Choose an update below and use your existing email thread when possible. We keep repeat submissions with the same household review.

You review and send the email. Nothing is sent automatically. Your entries stay on this page until you copy, download, or include them in an email draft.

Do not enter passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers, card details, or bank credentials. Refreshing or closing this page clears unsaved entries.

Billkind: a smiling bill held by green and blue hands. Bills made kinder.

One introductory audit per household. A new submission does not restart an existing review or its refund terms.

Before you start

A few fair questions.

What does the free check include?

A brief review of your bill list to decide whether a paid audit looks worthwhile. It does not include provider research, negotiations, or a detailed action plan. A request may be declined without charge if it is outside scope or unlikely to be useful.

Can I submit one bill at a time?

Please send your eligible household bills together, up to 12 expenses. A single bill may leave little room for savings, so we check fit before accepting an audit. Extra bills and repeat requests stay with the same household review; they do not create separate free checks or introductory audits.

When do I pay, and when will I get my plan?

After the free eligibility check, we confirm the scope and terms and send you a payment link. We start detailed work after successful payment. Your written plan and 15-minute walkthrough are provided within two business days after acceptance, successful payment, and receipt of complete information.

What happens if the plan falls short?

If eligible potential bill savings are $49 or less over the first 12 months, we refund the full $49 fee and initiate that refund within two business days of completing the review. Known switching costs and promotional price changes are included; the audit fee itself is separate. Tell us about factual errors so we can correct the calculation. See the full refund terms.

Can I use Billkind outside Georgia?

Yes. Billkind is based in Georgia and welcomes households in all 50 U.S. states. Audits are handled remotely. Provider plans and available savings vary by location.

Will you cancel or switch anything for me?

The pilot provides an audit and action plan. You make the account changes. Any future call assistance would require separate, specific authorization.

What if I want to keep a service?

Tell us before the review. We exclude changes that conflict with your confirmed preferences. Your plan will spell out changes in speed, data, features, and commitment length.

Do I need to upload my bills?

No. Start with amounts and plan details. If a redacted bill is needed later, we’ll agree on how to share it. This page does not accept uploads.

Does this include insurance, loans, or utility contracts?

The pilot focuses on phone, internet, subscriptions, memberships, storage, and software. Insurance, debt, refinancing, and utility contract switching are outside this pilot.

What if my email app doesn’t open?

Use “Copy list” or “Download list” after preparing your request. Open your usual email service, paste the list or attach the file, and send it to support.billkind@gmail.com. Preparing a request on this page does not send an email.
